You are free to ask any questions prior to purchasing. All our shop items and instant digital downloads. No physical product will be shipped to you. It is also the customer's responsibility to provide a correct email address for the delivery of the digital products. Create Heart Work is not responsible for any digital downloads that are not sent due to incorrect email addresses.
